For that innovation to happen, a business needs more tools than solutions. Tools allow the customer to discover and design their own solutions. Our services allow those solutions to be implemented within a safe and reliable business framework.

A partial list of past innovation:

  • 2005: Data extraction innovation allows for communication with Business Intelligence tools and vendors.
  • 2004: The HIPAATalk tools were released as open source.  These tools enable all of us to do a better job of electronic data interchange.
  • 2001: Flexible adjudication technology innovation enable our claim payment systems to manage complex benefit plans ranging from the public sector to employer self-insurance.   These enable our customers to go outside the box.
  • 2000: Provide complete access to the claim system from the web.  This dramatically improves transparency as well as communication between business partners.
  • 1998: Fully web accessible automated rule based authorization management.  This allowed medical management departments to reorganize their resources in line with actual needs for multiple different benefit plans or insurance carriers.  In addition it provided additional data to monitor the effects of rule and resource reallocation.
