Quality Assurance Coordinator

The Quality Assurance Coordinator is primarily responsibilities include: Developing, organizing, coordinating and implementing the Quality Assurance – Performance Improvement (QA-PI) program for PH Tech. This individual will be responsible for organizing the QA-PI program in conjunction with internal departments and customers QI and Compliance responsibilities; developing and implementing an annual Quality Improvement Work Plan; developing and implementing two annual Performance Improvement Projects; on-going monitoring and documentation of compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements related to quality assurance including development of audit protocols and tools; conducting needs assessments; operational policy and procedure review; and coordinating the member grievance system.
