Michael D. Rohwer,

President and CEO  

Mike has led the company since its founding in 1996. Under his leadership, the company has consistently grown in capability, influence and revenue. Product lines have become more robust with the application of technological advances and response to customer needs.

A strong supporter of employee empowerment, he firmly believes that the strength of the company is the strength of its workforce. The company’s management reflects his commitment to teams that are competent and passionate about their work.  This commitment to the employees has led to superior products resulting in superior performance and service.
 
He is committed to leading the industry in the ‘state of the art’ of payment systems and health reform through research and product development. Finding new and better options to the status quo is a core component of his leadership. 
 
Having completed undergraduate work in Chemical Engineering and Biochemistry, he earned his medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School. Oregon Health Sciences University provided continuing medical education. 
 
Mike has a wide range of scientific and engineering experience and has served many leadership roles:

Dean G. Andretta,

CFO and Executive Director of Business Planning and Development

Dean has served as the Chief Financial Officer of PH Tech since 2000. In this role, he directs the financial planning, accounting and reporting responsibilities of the company. Dean brings to the PH Tech team experience from both the provider and payer sides.  He has served as CFO for physician-hospital organizations and independent physician associations, and provided financial and strategic oversight for managed care contracting in health maintenance organizations and integrated delivery systems.
 
Dean also serves as the director of business planning and development, and is responsible for developing strategic alliances and partnerships as well as developing new business opportunities.
 
Dean’s financial and development skills have benefited PH Tech by:
·         dramatically growing the customer base
·         providing the financial resources necessary to deliver high quality, high touch service at competitive rates
·         consistent profitability year after year
·         maintaining financial stability
 
His depth of knowledge and understanding of the healthcare financial environment makes him a valued problem solver for PH Tech customers and allied organizations.
 
Dean was a founder of Northwest TPA (NWTPA) in Eugene. He is a graduate of the University of the Pacific - Eberhardt School of Business.
 

 

Holly Preston,

Director of Support Services

Holly serves as the Director of Support Services.  She is responsible for the oversight of financial accounting, human resources, facilities, and corporate policy and governance.  The two most important operational components of PH Tech, employees and fiscal management, are her direct responsibility. 
 
Holly has managed PH Tech’s ever-changing internal organization and unabated steady growth by insuring a consistent platform, strong cultural identity, and open communication. From these attributes comes

·         high levels of productivity and customer service
·         low turnover
 
Her beliefs that employees who are treated consistently, fairly, and with respect are satisfied, know what to expect, and want the best not only for their co-workers but also the customers they serve. This philosophy serves PH Tech well. Employees are empowered; the customer service, top-notch.
 
Holly served in her current capacity at Northwest TPA Services, beginning in 1998 and, with the merger in 2000, continued at PH Tech. Her management has provided the consistent platform, strong cultural identity, and open communication upon which a healthy company grows.
 
Holly has a bachelor of science in management from the University of Oregon.                     

 

Nathan Perrizo,

Director of Operations

Nate began his career with PH Tech in a software development role and was instrumental in creating the foundation for the operational systems. His management of the development of these applications and systems provided PH Tech with the adaptability and flexibility to meet ever-changing customer needs in a timely manner.  

In 2007 Nate transitioned to Director of Business Services to manage customer relations. PH Tech had identified an emanate disconnect between the customer, technology, and operational functionality. His strong technical background, analytic methods and management skills created a pro-active atmosphere that allowed PH Tech to address the issue and continue to grow and meet customer demand. 

His background in the development of the PH Tech software systems and account services provides a unique perspective on the management of operations. This combination of knowledge and experience helps ensure that all phases of our business are optimally leveraged for each customer.

 

Chad Casady,

Director of Information Technology

Chad serves as the Director of Information Technology. His responsibilities include all aspects of technological infrastructure and software development. This encompasses three technology departments; Information Systems, Business Intelligence, and Software Engineering. 
 
He is responsible for the development and deployment of technology internally as well as externally to all customers. The customer component of PH Tech services includes data analysis and business intelligence; services that customers rely on to measure important business factors. He oversees the software engineering team which develops and supports all PH Tech software products by employing the ‘agile’ development process.
 
It is Chad’s responsibility to ensure that the technology always supports the customers’ needs and facilitates the innovation that makes PH Tech unique.
 
Under Chad’s direction, PH Tech’s information technology services have grown dramatically in quality and breadth of service. 
 
Chad has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Western Oregon University.
