PH Tech has a proven track record of involvement in the local community.

Regardless of an event's profile or size, from the American Cancer Society's annual Relay For Life to the Harritt Elementary School's Books for Classrooms program, PH Tech believes in sharing its success and good fortune with its neighbors.

Leading by example, the PH Tech leadership, with their personal charitable work, sets a high standard. They encourage PH Tech employees to participate in community service affairs of charitable organizations through creation and sponsorship of company programs.

Company and employee participation is directed through two programs: The PH Tech Foundation and the PH Tech Helping Hands. Both programs are funded annually, and run by the employee-staffed Community Affairs Committee.

The PH Tech Foundation sponsors charity events, offers matching funds to qualified employee contributions, and funds employee requested grants and approved solicited donations.

PH Tech Helping Hands offers employees the chance to give charities the gift of time. This is accomplished with company paid time off for PH Tech sponsored events, community support volunteer work, and sabbaticals.

PH Tech is its employees, and its employees are friends, neighbors and participants in the community. A community with programs and events that need support and help beyond a neighborhood's capabilities. PH Tech is there for them. The PH Tech name may be heard and seen at events by people who don't know what PH Tech does, but they know that PH Tech cares.
